Mini-school - 'what, how, where and when?'
Capricornia School of Distance Education values face-to-face experiences. There are many reasons why families and students choose distance education but here at CSDE we aim to ensure that your child receives the same opportunities as any other student in a mainstream school. Mini-school is one of the ways we can offer your child face-to-face experience incorporating, learning and socialisation.
Throughout the year, CSDE aims to provide opportunities for students to socialise and work with their peers, play sport, compete in swimming and athletics carnivals, experience in-class activities in a school environment and facilitate Professional Development opportunities for Home Tutors.
CSDE believes that your child will flourish, as families, staff, and the school community work together to support each other, learning and education.
We look forward to seeing you this Mini-school.
Welcome to Mini-school!
RSVP and all permission forms are due by the 31st October 2022

Endangered Defenders Stall
Saving our endangered animals. All funds go to World Wildlife Fund (Australia)
We are a group of Year 12 students who are concerned about our beautiful creatures in Australia. In class, we talked about how it can be possible to help out our troubled species.
Let us tell you what we came up with. Koalas, echidnas, the platypus and turtles are all in trouble at the moment. If we don’t do something to save these guys soon, a major thing could happen to the environment.
They are all here for a reason, like we are.

They are all here for a reason, like we are.
Please, help us save these beautiful creatures. We’ve put a lot of work as a class to get all these things together.
We are planning to run a cake store to raise money for these creatures at our upcoming mini school on Monday, beginning at 8am. Our stall will be near the sign in desk. We are known, as the Endangered Defenders. Please help us.
