RSVP for Year 5-6 CAMP 2024

Please RSVP to indicate if your student will be attending camp, list any dietary requirements they may have.

The decision has been made for the students to fly to camp. There will be a flight from Rockhampton and Emerald to Brisbane and students will then be transported from the airport to Kindilan via bus charter. We've reached a decision for the P&C and CapSDE to jointly cover the cost of flights and bus transportation from the airport to camp and back including local trips during the camp. As a result, the total camp cost will remain unchanged at $615.

If you are dropping your student to camp please do not leave your student unsupervised. You will be responsible for your student until staff arrive.

If there are any arrangements for pick up by an adult other than the parents, you must supply the school with a completed and signed Alternative Pickup form.

If another adult is to be contacted in an emergency during camp, please complete the Alternative Guardian Form.

PRIVATE Transport Options

I will be arranging private transport for my child to be dropped to camp. I (or my designated person) agree to be at the campsite in the afternoon, with the time to be confirmed after flight arrangements have been made.

I agree to be at the specified airport location 70 minutes prior to departure time and acknowledge that if I am not at the designated location by this time, that I am responsible for transporting my student to camp.

Flights to Brisbane Monday 5th August. My student will catch the plane at the following location. Choose one. Parent must be at the location 70 minutes prior to flight departure.
