CapSDE Outstation Emerald - Accommodation Hire Form

The Outstation at CapSDE Emerald Campus offers an accommodation alternative for CapSDE students and families participating in curricular activities. Please complete the details below if you are wishing to utilise this accommodation.

Important Notes

Families wishing to stay at the Outstation will be required to bring their own PILLOW and BLANKETS. All sheets and towels are provided. Once finalised, no changes can be made AFTER Friday prior to Mini-school. If you decide to make changes during the week, no refunds will be made.

Pricing

Accommodation (including breakfast and dinner) = $15 / per night / per person.
Lunch STUDENTS ONLY (including Kindy and children under 5 years = $5 per day / per person. Smokos= $10 /per week / per person

No Smoko Fee if you are donating baked home goods or fruit/vegetables ie. watermelons, rockmelons, carrots, celery, seasonal fruit, muffins, cupcakes, slices, cakes, biscuits, quiches eggs etc.

All children under the age of 1 stay and eat for free.
