Secondary Swimming Carnival Nomination Form

Date: Wednesday 19th November 2025

Venue: 2nd War Memorial Aquatic Centre, Rockhampton 

Time: 9:00am - 11:30am

Please nominate your child , choosing from the swimming events listed below. You must do a separate nomination form for each child. 

Students can nominate to swim either 25m or 50m for each stroke – not both.

This Year we will once again include our Novelty Races in the swimming carnival program as well as the usual Staff-Student relay race!

The  'Dress Up' race - Dress up in your craziest outfit and make it to the other end of the pool for a point for your house!

'Kick To The End' partner race - Grab a partner use a floatation mat to lay on as you kick your way to the end.
